If
you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return
your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned
within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same
form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than
thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit
redeemable on your next purchase.
**Please contact us before returning any
product for any reason. Once contacting us, you will receive a RA number. If for some reason a package is sent back to us
without an RA# we will not accept the package. The original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstance. All
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you receive a part that
is either not compatible with your machine or is faulty and you do not
wish to exchange the item for the correct part or a non faulty part,
you will be charged the restocking fee.
By purchasing from our site you
are agreeing to these terms.
When shipping items back to us, you must package the item properly so
the item(s) do not break during shipping. If we receive a part back
that is broken during transit from you to us, you are responsible for the cost
of the item. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable
method to the address below.
