U.S. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are charged per package weight and is calculated in real time to your home address.
U.S. Shipping Timelines
- Most packages are shipped within 24-72 hours after you have placed your order.
- Delays may occur if you place your order during the weekend, holidays or anytime after 2:00PM Central Standard time.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation, containing your tracking number upon shipment.
- If
you create/created an account with us during checkout, you can check
the status of your order on our website via the My Account link.
Backordered Items:
If an item you order is backordered or is a special order, we will
contact you letting you know an expected date of arrival and will not
charge your credit card until the item is shipped.
Use Tax:
We are only responsible for collecting the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped anywhere in TN. Any customers that purchase any items from our websites that are shipped outside of TN are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use Tax on their purchases. Any questions see your state tax rules and the Dept. of Revenue. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of TN.
